A Newcastle-based marketing agency, Who’s Listening, has celebrated the successful launch of its free marketing masterclass series, alongside announcing its sponsorship of South Shields FC. The sessions are aimed at helping businesses grow by enhancing their marketing strategies, and they cover essential topics like social media, SEO, paid search, and website optimisation.

The first masterclass, held on 31 January at South Shields FC’s grounds, marked the beginning of a series of educational events designed for marketing teams and business owners looking to improve their digital marketing efforts. The event was well-received, with participants praising the clear and concise delivery of key marketing insights and the valuable networking opportunities it offered.

Shane Gammage, Managing Director of Who’s Listening, expressed his enthusiasm about the launch and the new partnership with South Shields FC. “As we move into 2025, our business continues to grow, and we are exploring new ways to promote our agency while giving back to the local community,” said Gammage. “Partnering with South Shields FC was a natural fit for us. I am proud that we’ve already been able to assist Pam and the team at PRS Inclusion & Training Services, a cause close to my heart due to my daughter’s autism diagnosis.”

The agency’s support of PRS Inclusion & Training Services was a highlight of the first event, as it resonated with many attendees who appreciated the personal connection to the cause. Carl Mowatt, Commercial Director at South Shields FC, expressed his excitement about the collaboration, saying, “I am thrilled to welcome Who’s Listening as a long-term sponsor of the club. Their workshops and their support of PRS Inclusion & Training Services are truly commendable.”

The series of free masterclasses is set to continue with two upcoming sessions: the first on Wednesday 26th February (Social Media Marketing for Businesses in 2025) at Aidan House in Gateshead, and the second on Friday 28th March (An Introduction to SEO – The Fundamentals for Your Business in 2025) at South Shields FC. Both sessions are free to attend, and tickets can be reserved via Eventbrite.

In addition to the masterclasses, Who’s Listening has recently launched a free downloadable report on marketing trends for 2025, available from the agency’s website. The report aims to provide valuable insights for businesses looking to stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Who’s Listening, a full-service marketing agency, specialises in social media, paid advertising (on Meta and search platforms), email marketing, and website development. Over the past year, the agency has experienced significant growth, nearly doubling its team. Looking ahead, Who’s Listening plans to recruit at least two additional team members over the next 12 months.

With a strong focus on delivering results-driven campaigns and supporting the local community, Who’s Listening is not only committed to helping businesses grow but also to fostering stronger connections within the North East region.
