Wildix, a global leader in AI-powered Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C), has unveiled a suite of advanced tools at its annual UC&C Summit. The virtual event, held on January 15, attracted thousands of partners and industry leaders worldwide, showcasing innovations designed to reshape workplace communication and drive partner success.

At the heart of the Summit was the launch of WMS 7, Wildix’s next-generation UC&C platform. The new system addresses growing challenges in fragmented communication and cybersecurity, integrating AI-powered transcription, intelligent summarisation, and an enhanced chat engine. According to Wildix, these features streamline communication and improve operational efficiency in modern workplaces.

Steve Osler, CEO of Wildix, highlighted the company’s commitment to empowering its partners. “Every announcement, product, or project we unveiled has one goal: empowering our partners and their customers to succeed,” he said. “With WMS 7’s advanced capabilities, x-bees’ intelligent sales tools, and x-hoppers’ retail solutions, we’re equipping partners to tackle modern workplace challenges.”

    Innovations and Key Highlights

The Summit featured several significant announcements, including:

    • WMS 7 Launch: This AI-embedded platform introduces real-time transcription, intelligent summarisation, and enhanced chat functions, designed to address communication gaps and security concerns.
    • x-bees Sales Intelligence: New chatbots and voice bots enhance self-service capabilities, automate workflows, and provide real-time insights. Features like sentiment analysis and Salesforce integration have been credited with driving measurable results, including a 30% increase in monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for Make.Contact.
    • Retail Innovations with x-hoppers: Updates to x-hoppers leverage AI for theft detection, line management, and safety alerts. London-based House of Spells reported a significant drop in theft incidents and improved customer experiences.
    • DECT W-AIR Devices: Specialised DECT models were introduced for industries such as healthcare and manufacturing, ensuring tailored solutions for specific market needs.
    • Channel-First Initiatives: Wildix reinforced its commitment to a channel-only approach with programmes like the Sales Elevate Lab, backed by a $1 million incentive fund, and an expanded Sales Engineering Team.

    Real-World Impact

The Summit also highlighted real-world examples of Wildix’s technology in action. Stiebel Eltron France, a central heating manufacturer, addressed critical security challenges using Wildix’s platform.

“Wildix transformed our approach to communication and security,” said Dennis Dick, IT Manager at Stiebel Eltron France. “It ensures smooth operations while addressing real challenges.”

    The Road Ahead

With the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) market expected to reach $240.17 billion by 2030, Wildix remains committed to equipping its partners with advanced, verticalised solutions. From the AI-powered features of WMS 7 to the transformative retail tools of x-hoppers, the company aims to lead innovation in a dynamic and competitive landscape.
