SUNMI marked its eighth year of participation at GITEX GLOBAL 2024, held in Dubai from 14 to 18 October. Under the banner “Let’s Experience BIoT Everywhere,” the company presented its latest third-generation flagship products and introduced several innovative technologies aimed at enhancing the retail, hospitality, and payment sectors.

GITEX GLOBAL, one of the largest technology exhibitions worldwide, provided SUNMI with the platform to showcase their new products and advancements. The company used the event to collaborate with global partners and technology experts, furthering discussions on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Among the products on display were the T3 PRO SERIES, MIX SERIES, D3 MINI, and D3 PRO, all part of SUNMI’s third-generation line-up. However, the spotlight was on the newly launched P3 Family, a device tailored specifically for digital payments. Making its debut at the event, the P3 featured a 6.75-inch HD display, an octa-core processor, and a comprehensive range of payment options, all designed to enhance user experience.

SUNMI also presented cutting-edge solutions, such as the Qualcomm x SUNMI SUPER POS, developed to accelerate the global transformation of point-of-sale (POS) systems across multiple platforms. Additionally, the company introduced its Hyper Wi-Fi technology, which promises a more robust and stable network connection, offering extended range and improved accessibility.

The exhibition aligned with GITEX GLOBAL 2024’s overarching theme of “AI Everything,” underscoring SUNMI’s focus on pushing the boundaries of technological innovation. In keeping with this theme, the company offered visitors a unique virtual reality experience. SUNMI Home.Vision, demonstrated on Apple Vision Pro, allowed attendees to explore a virtual version of SUNMI’s products and their application in various business scenarios. By using VR technology, SUNMI provided an immersive experience, enabling visitors to interact with their products in both virtual and real-world settings.

Collaboration was a key element of SUNMI’s presence at GITEX. Working closely with partners such as CASHIN, AMERICANA, and ASHBURN, SUNMI created simulated business environments, including coffee shops and convenience stores, to demonstrate the practical applications of their products. These simulations attracted significant interest from global clients and underscored the potential for SUNMI’s technology to integrate seamlessly into different business operations.

SUNMI’s strategy of collaborating with local partners is central to its global expansion efforts. The company has established a strong presence in over 200 countries across Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. With a network of more than 54,000 ecosystem partners, SUNMI continues to develop and implement digital solutions across a wide range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, finance, healthcare, and services.

Founded in 2013, SUNMI has become a key player in the development of BIoT (Business Internet of Things) ecosystems, leveraging its perception network to drive technological innovation and improve customer service on a global scale.
