Investor relations professionals are being invited to attend an upcoming webinar aimed at helping companies better leverage data to enhance their engagement with investors.

The session, titled “How to Use Data to Drive IR Strategy”, will take place on Wednesday, 12 March 2025, from 11am to 12pm ET, and will provide insights into how organisations can turn data into a strategic advantage.

Maximising the potential of investor data

Across investor relations (IR) programmes, vast amounts of data are generated through earnings calls, press releases, and company websites. However, many organisations fail to use this information effectively.

This webinar will explore how IR teams can extract valuable insights, transform analytics into actionable strategies, and build a scalable, data-driven IR programme. The discussion will be particularly relevant for companies looking to optimise investor engagement in a competitive market.

Attendees will gain practical knowledge on:

    • How to analyse and utilise existing IR data
    • Turning analytics into a strategic advantage
    • Developing a robust, scalable IR approach

    Industry experts to lead discussions

The session will feature a panel of experienced professionals from investor relations, finance, and communications, offering insights from different sectors.

    • Erik Carlson – Chief Operating Officer at Notified
Based in New York, Carlson oversees product, operations, and finance at Notified. He has over a decade of experience in private equity and business transformation, having advised on more than 100 transactions at PwC and led mergers and acquisitions integration.
    • Glenn Schulman, PharmD, MPH – Founder & Head of IR at Z3 BioCommunications
Schulman brings over 20 years of experience in the biotech industry, having led investor relations at multiple NASDAQ-listed companies. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Rutgers University and a Master of Public Health from Yale.
    • Amanda Tang – Head of Investor Relations at TMX Group
Based in Toronto, Tang has played a key role in managing investor communications for TMX Group, bringing extensive experience in IR strategy.
    • Laurie Havelock (Moderator) – Editor of IR Impact
A journalist and writer with over a decade of experience in financial journalism, Havelock has held editorial roles at IR Impact (formerly IR Magazine), the Daily Telegraph, and the i newspaper. He will moderate the discussion, ensuring an engaging and informative session.

Why investor relations teams should attend

As global markets evolve and investors demand more transparency, data has become a crucial tool for IR professionals. Companies that effectively analyse and leverage their IR data can make more informed decisions, strengthen investor engagement, and gain a competitive edge.

The webinar will provide attendees with strategies and tools to enhance their IR approach in an increasingly data-driven landscape.

Registration for the event is now open, with further details available via the official registration link.
